Cobweb is an accomplished magic-user and psychic, and he occasionally has visions that may or may not make sense. A more in depth explanation of his powers:

Like most Wraeththu, he is also able to use some psychic ability and is skilled enough with it to attack as well, even once using his magic to pull Cal's buried memories out of his mind and show them to him. Without a pressing need for such powerful spells, however, he would not waste the effort.

Cobweb also has some psychic ability, able to speak to other Wraeththu in his mind, as well as receive visions of past, present, and future happenings. The visions seldom make sense to anyone except him, and he usually keeps them to himself regardless, unless there is a need to share.

Since Cobweb is so perceptive, I would like to give players and characters an opportunity to opt out.

I WILL ALWAYS ASK FOR DIRECT PERMISSION EACH TIME AS WELL BEFORE ASSUMING ANY PERCEPTION ON COBWEB'S PART.
